Who You'll Work With

Under the direction of the VP and Deputy General Counsel, the Senior Director of Global Operations Enablement (GOE) will oversee a team of lawyers providing legal support to SVP-level leadership of the Global Supply Chain Organization, the Global Procurement Organization, Employee Services, and Workplace Resources Organization. You will play a key leadership role in devising and running complex business and legal strategies to optimize all of the foregoing Operations functions, partnering with the clients to avoid and solve complex problems. In addition, you will own the legal staffing and resources to support those functions in a business-oriented, pragmatic fashion, digitizing processes wherever possible, while enabling your senior legal staff to handle bespoke matters with agility and creativity. Bold by nature, you will have immediate impact with your analytic rigor, business discernment, sophisticated and winsome communications skills, and ability to get things done.

Who You Are

You have experience in providing legal support to a Supply Chain, Manufacturing Organization, and/or Procurement Organization; or extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. You also have the ability to understand complex contractual issues, assess risk, and provide concise, plain English, business-focused legal advice. You are a sophisticated, analytical thinker who can quickly sort through complex legal and business issues with multiple moving parts and render sound, pragmatic advice.

  • 15+ years of technology transactional experience—buy side or sell side

  • Ability to work reciprocally with team and other counsel in the Legal Department

  • Extraordinary verbal and written communications and inter-personal skills

  • Track record of building business relationships with and gaining trust of internal clients—someone who is described by clients as “a rockstar”

  • Quick-witted

  • Unassailable dedication to professionalism and integrity

  • Experienced people manager who can lead, motivate, coach and develop team members, while fostering a creative and expansive collaborative work environment

  • Excellent academic credentials; JD required. Bar admission in good standing.
